Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We are delighted to offer FREE shipping within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We ship your package fully insured. Once the package ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Please keep in mind that an adult must sign for the package. We also offer limited international shipping with a shipping and handling fee. If you'd like to have a piece shipped internationally, please contact us to inquire if we can ship to that country.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your new jewelry! If it's not right for any reason, we will work to find a piece that is more suited to you. If we're unable to do that and the piece was under $2,500, you have 7 days from the receipt date to return the piece for a full refund, or 14 days to receive a store credit. For items over $2500, you have 14 days from the receipt date to receive a store credit. Store credit is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

 

In order for items to be eligible for return/exchange they must be in original, salable condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Made-to-order or altered items (including sizing) are final sale. For internet orders, the return/exchange policy begins the day the package is delivered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
